Synopsis

For 65 million years, The Meg has ruled the world and brought destruction with it. Thus Jonas Taylor (Jason Statham) leads a daring research team on an exploratory dive into the deepest depths of the ocean.

Their voyage spirals into chaos when a malevolent mining operation and violent threats from the biggest Meg in history threatens their mission and forces them into a high-stakes battle for survival.
