Synopsis

Ricki (Meryl Streep) is an aging rock star who abandoned her family to chase fame and stardom. She gets a chance to make things right when her ex-husband (Kevin Kline) tracks her down with the hopes that she can help their estranged daughter (Mamie Gummer) through a tough time in her life.
