90210: Games People Play

Posted by: Mandi  •  November 12, 2008 @ 5:48pm

We pick up where we left off last week: Naomi is standing outside a classroom, watching Ethan and Annie make out. She does not look pleased, but rather than confronting her ex-boyfriend and new friend right away, our resident mean girl decides to go full-on Regina George and get revenge instead.

Survivor Gabon: Apple in the Garden of Eden

Posted by: Erik Reichenbach  •  November 11, 2008 @ 8:55pm

Randy is king of Gabon! Survivors are tossing immunity idols into the ocean! Crystal knows my cousin? There were some outstanding parts in this episode that made for interesting Survivor moments, but I was left feeling a bit bitter towards the end when we saw who was voted out.

The Amazing Race 13: My Nose Is On Fire

Posted by: Ariana  •  November 10, 2008 @ 2:42am

The first task sends teams through New Delhi to an apartment complex, where they'll search for a large courtyard and their next clue. The shot we see definitely indicates that this is the, er, colourful task that had teams so angry in the previews for this episode.

And first up, to provide maximum paint-covered time, is that task.

30 Rock: Believe in the Stars

Posted by: Jeff Anseeuw  •  November 7, 2008 @ 11:24pm

Last week we saw Jack Donaghy return to his perch atop the GE corporate empire. This week he faces his first real crisis when a disgruntled Olympic tetherball bronze medalist threatens to expose the fact that several Olympic sports (including the aforementioned tetherball along with synchronized running etc.) were actually forged for the purpose of artificially inflating the U.S.

SYTYCD Canada: 12 to 10

Posted by: Ariana  •  November 7, 2008 @ 2:01am

So who didn't make the Top 10? The right (or wrong, I suppose) dancers?

Who will you be voting for next week when individual voting starts?

In case you didn't catch it, the bottom six were Lara & Miles, Natalli & Francis, and Allie & Danny. Even after their creative solos, Lara and Francis were sent packing.

Posted by: Ariana  •  November 7, 2008 @ 1:54am

In the opening, we learn that Michael has convinced his staff that he and Holly are engaged. Well, some are more convinced than others. I'll let you guess who is which. One person who knows for damn sure they're not engaged is Darryl.

Bones: The Skull in the Sculpture

Posted by: Jolee  •  November 6, 2008 @ 4:14pm

Bones is back!! Finally! A skull/body is found inside a crushed car, but the more interesting parts of this episode center on Angela's bisexuality and Sweets' hidden love life.

Angela: Without the risk of pain, there can be no possibility of pleasure, or joy, or... love!

The team is analyzing the body, still inside the crushed car.

90210: Secrets and Lies

Posted by: Mandi  •  November 5, 2008 @ 3:05am

As the title suggests, this week's episode is all about secrets and lies, four in particular. Harry's secret is an old one: that he has a son with Tracy Clark. Two couples (Annie & Ethan and Ryan & Kim) are hiding their relationships from key people (Naomi, and the rest of the school, respectively). And finally, Adrianna is keeping a little something from Navid.

Survivor Gabon: It All Depends on the Pin-Up Girl

Posted by: Erik Reichenbach  •  November 3, 2008 @ 10:44pm

YES, a good episode. We finally get to see our first blindside and it comes from a most unexpected angle (at least in my opinion). Sugar pulls a fast one on Ace, showing him who's really in control of the game! I was pretty excited to see this, especially after so many predictable Tribals coming from the Fang tribe.

Guess what, people? It's India time! You know what that means: crowds, traffic, cows, and smells that nearly seep right through your television screen.
