This episode had an excellent script, which really set it apart from the rest of the episodes of the last two years. This is expected, as it was Steve Carell's final regular appearance, and the episode was written by Greg Daniels. The acting was some of the best of the series, and it really came out as Michael held back emotionally, as he went to each employee to say farewell.
After this week's new episode, "Dominion", Smallville officially enters the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest running Science Fiction series for Television (in North America). Slightly more prestigious than their other record; most amount times a main character has been knocked unconscious in a TV series.
The Agreement Dissection was split up into four parts, following a storyline that could only happen to Sheldon. The episode started with Sheldon running into Leonard and Priya in the bathroom, which Sheldon reacted later by pulling out the dreaded roommate agreement.

Thursday night's episode of Community was the type of offering we've come to expect from this groundbreaking, often dense and sometimes even inscrutable program. There was once again lots of meta-humour, recurring themes and signature behaviours from off-kilter archetypes, and the type of clever wordplay and pop-culture references that inspire awe.
