Phew, it is a quiet weekend in television.
Actors Clarke Duke (Sex Drive, ABC Family's Greek) and Collette Wolfe (Observe and Report) were in Toronto earlier this week for a press tour of the upcoming Hot Tub Time Machine.
After a near-two month wait, The Office returns with a new full length episode. This episode is deliberately meant to create a different feel, which succeeds, especially when contrasted with the clipshow from 2 weeks ago. The major change which everybody encounters is the acquisition by Sabre.

I said I'd show up when Ellen did, and she was there tonight in the previews for Hollywood Week next week, so here we are.
Next week, the real fun will start.
The new and final season of Lost promised to answer many lingering questions, too many questions to list here, however the first episode probably left me with more questions. This confounding but brilliant series has thrown so many twists at us that at times it's hard to remember all the things we need to know this year. But they've sure gotten off to a typical start.

For the first time in over half a century, there are ten films nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards. Many thought that this may dilute the prestigious category, while others hoped it would open up the door to certain types of films that deserved nominations but are often ignored by the Oscars.
Everyone's falling. But it's okay.
After their roadtrip, the girls arrive in beautiful San Francisco, "the city of love". Vienna remarks that "as much as [she] love[s] to rough it and be outdoors", she is glad to be back in a hotel.
