I would like to personally thank whoever came up with this idea of small-group performances on results night, and I sincerely hope they keep it every week until the numbers dwindle a bit.
I better get to it, since Ben's all No-Nonsense Mulroney tonight and I desperately seek his approval.
IMDB Tagline: Some Guys Don't Know Their Destiny Till It Hits Them In The Face.
Film review: You know what? I liked this movie a lot more than I thought I would. After hearing nothing about it until it was handed to me at dinner, I was a little worried that I'd have to sit through 88 minutes of awful. As it turns out, I was quite incorrect.
The most important question raised tonight is whether Ben Mulroney truly feels that Tuesday nights are somehow less formal than Mondays and therefore that his super-square dark jeans and white sneakers look is justified.
Unsurprisingly, tonight's standout performances come from Sebastian, Amberly and Theo, with everyone else turning in reasonably solid work in their own right.
It's a groundbreaking mixed-gender Top 24!

Let me introduce you to your Top... how many again?
On the last day of performances, Mookie totally nails "These Eyes." Omar tells a very sad story about his murdered brother and emotes his way through Burton Cummings' "Break It To Them Gently."
Piggots. You know there's a whole paragraph (or two) coming just for them.
Here in the Top 200, there are many old favourites (can we call them that yet?) on display and plenty of new faces as well, and most of this episode focuses on great performances with very little behind-the-scenes drama, so I best get cracking.
Day 1 is individual performances in rows of 10 or so, followed by quick cuts.
