The Office: Manager and Salesman

Manager and Salesman has got to be the most disappointing episode of The Office in a very long time. There was minimal characterization, a predictable plot, and a love story that's going nowhere. And where there is characterization, there is nothing memorable.

Review: The Wolfman

In the post-Twilight Era it is difficult to take werewolves, vampires, and their ilk seriously; and even more difficult to find them scary. The Monster Movie, while it sputters in anemic existence by coupling itself with romances, comedies and action flicks, is, in the purist sense, dead.

Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains - Slay Everyone, Trust No One (season premiere)

Ten years ago, a little show called Survivor debuted as summer filler on CBS. Called a "reality show", it was a kind of hybrid mix of a game show and documentary, with a bit of Gilligan's Island thrown in.

Lost: What Kate Does

This episode did answer, at least it began to answer, a question that's been on my mind for quite a long while: What happened to Claire??? We also got a little more info on the strange Asian Dude (Dogan?), what's up with Sayid (but can we trust them?), and an emoting Sawyer (which is a really cool change in him that began to really happen last year).
